Fortunately, many years ago, when the system was still at a very early stage, we at Fast White Cat decided to have a closer look at it and learn all its secrets. This is how we became one of the most respected Magento wizards on the Polish market.

 

Who are we, and what do we do?

We are an e-commerce house, specialising in producing software for online stores on the Magento 2 platform. Shops based on the system we have developed so far are used by such popular brands as e.g. 4F, Kontigo, Cocodrillo, Fakro, MTP, Tołpa and, of course, consumers of these top brands. All of them are doing very well in the stationary retail environment, but have also decided to take advantage of the opportunities of the eCommerce business model.

The Candidate chosen for the position will be responsible for developing sales in Western European countries. The key area of responsibility is to proactively look for sales opportunities around the globe.

Requirements:
● +7 years of sales or marketing or strategy experience preferably in an E-commerce environment and with experience of working across a variety of online & offline channels in the Western European market
● Experience in B2B sales on Western European markets
● Practice in sales of technical solutions & services
● Strong customer focus and a will to ensure that customer experience is the best it possibly can be
● Strong analytical skills with the capability to uncover insights and opportunities through reviewing a range of data and information sources
● Strong communication skills and an ability to work well with a variety of partners at different levels and locations
● Entrepreneurship, pro-activity and result-orientation
● Fluency in English
● Knowledge of German will be an asset

Responsibilities:
● Customer acquisition
● Define short- and long-term Country growth strategy for the Western European Markets, establish and own clear customer and financial objectives and checkpoints
● Set up a strategic actions to improve cost and service to customer within the countries
● Work independently and effectively prioritize multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
