We increased the conversion of the Kubenz brand through specific, proven changes

What was our task?

The existing e-shop layout does not bring profits in line with customer expectations – increasing sales by creating positive customer shopping experiences – a template designed by Fast White Cat, dedicated to the fashion industry
The Kubenz brand, which has been on the market for 25 years and offers elegant clothing for men, was tasked with examining the proper functioning of the then existing e-store and introducing the necessary changes to make the platform sell more effectively and meet with greater customer approval.

Improving the functionality and ensuring the intuitiveness of the e-store are the most important tasks facing the e-commerce service provider – that is why the main goal of the Fast White Cat team’s work on the project for the Kubenz brand was to refine the online store to increase its usability and increase conversion, and ultimately have a positive impact on the client’s revenues. The experience gained in numerous projects for fashion brands allowed us to quickly identify the problem and find an effective solution.

Initial goals

Improving the quality of the store’s appearance and operation had a specific, quantifiable goal – in this case, we wanted to support the customer in increasing sales, improving conversions and increasing the value of the shopping cart.

Today’s customer has little time to browse the website and plenty of competition to visit, so if our e-store does not meet his requirements, he will not hesitate to look for a more suitable platform. Customers of e-clothing stores have their own habits, which are worth taking into account when building a sales platform for this specific industry. We wanted to focus on positive customer experience, improve the operation of the e-store and improve the visual impression it made.

How did we manage to achieve this?

  1. To achieve our goals, we set up the Kubenz e-shop on a completely new template, designed and created by us, adapted to the fashion industry.
  2. At the same time, we moved the client’s website from the Magento 1 platform to an improved and extended version – Magento 2, which provides greater security and enables further development of the platform.
  3. The experience gained in numerous cooperations with fashion industry brands allowed us to skillfully assess what to suggest to Kubenz so that the website converts and meets the expectations of end customers. Effect? Objective achieved!

How it works, i.e. the effect

After implementing the changes we proposed in the e-shop, the conversion increased by 1.5% compared to the previous working version of the shopping website, while the average basket value increased by 5% after implementing our project.
