Announcements for shareholders
On 1st January 2020, added was §5, imposing an obligation on all joint-stock companies to publish all announcements originating from the companies and required by law or statute, on the company website, in a location allocated for communication with shareholders.
Publishing an announcement on the website does not replace the obligation of making the announcement in the Court and Economic Gazette (Monitor Sądowy I Gospodarczy), but is an additional tool for communication with shareholders.

Please be informed that as of 1st January 2020 Fast White Cat S.A. has chanced its legal address from the previous (ul. Św. Mikołaja 8-11, 50-130 Wrocław) to: ul. Oławska 27/29, 50-123 Wrocław. The change of address if effective from 1st January 2020. The change of address was reported by the company’s Management Board to the Register of Entrepreneurs and is awaiting the announcement.
